What you can achieve
- Care and advice for our patients and their relatives on the ward
- Pre- and postoperative patient monitoring, patient accompaniment and infusion therapies
- Independent organisation of your own work area as well as ensuring up-to-date nursing care, nursing quality and the nursing process
- Good communication and information in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to accompany and support students
- 5-day operation with shifts in day, middle and late shifts (flexible deployment planning based on patient occupancy)
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Professional experience in the acute sector
- Empathetic and appreciative interaction with patients and their relatives
- Strong service orientation and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manner within different professional groups
- Oral foreign language skills (French, English) are desirable
