Your Tasks
- Administrative support of the nursing service and the ward in daily operations
- Organisation and coordination of processes in the ward secretariat in close cooperation with nursing, doctors and other professional groups
- Support of patient management during admissions, transfers and discharges
- Coordination as well as receipt and forwarding of examination appointments
- Processing and maintenance of medical documentation as well as administrative records
- Communication with internal and external contacts
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Ideally first professional experience in a hospital or ward secretariat
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
- Organisational skills as well as structured and reliable working methods
- Teamwork, strong communication skills and patient-oriented demeanour
- Confident handling of medical documentation and IT systems
