What you will do:
- Personal needs assessments at the clients' homes
- Creating assistance and care plans, reassessments, and adjustments in consultation with the contact person and initiating further measures
- Personal contact with involved relatives, doctors, health insurance companies, public services, and clinics
- Taking over more complex care services at the clients' homes
- Professional leadership of employees
What you bring with you:
- Certified nurse (HF/FH) or equivalent training or recognition by the SRK
- Efficient, independent, and speedy working style
- High communication skills with all stakeholders and very good German language skills
- Driver's license category B
