As a sales consultant for our software product kitAdmin, you are a central part of our product team and an important contact person for our customers from the childcare industry.
You expand the customer base of kitAdmin by specifically addressing new customers. You play a key role in designing, planning, and implementing an efficient sales process – ensuring a first-class customer experience. Thanks to your organizational talent and your fine sense for interpersonal relationships, customers feel well taken care of by you.
You have an open ear for the expectations of our customers and understand their needs. In this way, you help shape our software solution and build sustainable, trusting relationships.

We expect from you
- You can demonstrate several years of relevant professional experience in consulting or sales; expertise in childcare is a plus
- You want not only to present the solution but to understand and explain it thoroughly – because you know: true conviction arises from competence
- You have an affinity for scalable sales concepts, processes & tools and play a key role in shaping them
- You communicate confidently in German; French is a plus
- You have good IT user skills; very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and find the right solution for every challenge
- You have a quick grasp, show initiative and motivation
