You excel at
- Prospecting private customers by phone and video conference, with a particular focus on word-of-mouth.
- Qualifying and managing your prospects digitally and conducting structured follow-ups to arrange online consultation appointments.
- Customer satisfaction is your top priority: you provide new clients with competent and tailored advice, whether by phone, online, or via video conference.
- Organising your daily sales activities independently and completing all sales-related tasks with absolute reliability.
- Wholeheartedly engaging in sales promotion measures and actively contributing to the success of our remote team.
Your characteristics
- A passion for sales, a keen sense of negotiation, and great resilience, even with a high volume of calls.
- Completed professional training and ease with digital advisory tools as well as modern sales channels.
- Experience in the insurance sector or proven sales experience in a call centre with telephone sales activity.
- AFA training or willingness to undertake it in the near future.
- Excellent command of French and German (bilingual) is essential.
