About the job
You are the first point of contact for the implementation of individual leisure and experience offers
- Advising guests on leisure, outdoor, sports, wellness and cultural offers
- Organization and booking of activities, excursions, events, transfers and special arrangements
- Active accompaniment of guests on selected outdoor and nature experiences in the region
- Creation of individual experience and weekly programs as well as maintenance of a regional partner network
- Ensuring smooth processes including coordination with the head concierge, internal departments and professional additional sales management
You bring hospitality mentality, organizational talent and joy in experience and outdoor offers
- Completed training in hospitality, tourism or event or leisure sector
- Professional experience in luxury or high-quality tourism environment as well as practical outdoor experience in alpine surroundings is an advantage
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office, common digital tools as well as knowledge of PMS Shiji Enterprise Platform is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of the region around Bad Ragaz as well as interest in regional leisure and outdoor offers
- Independent, structured and flexible working style with high service orientation, decisiveness and team spirit
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
