Digital Learning and Multimedia Designer

About the job

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Design and production of digital educational content (e-learning & microlearning modules, videos, tutorials, infographics) in collaboration with project teams;
• Creation of multimedia content for communication: teasers, visuals, animations, intranet content contributing to the promotion of training and sector projects;
• Contribution to the development of digital educational tools: platform, authoring tools, by maintaining active monitoring, testing new features and proposing adaptations;
• Support for teams in the use of digital tools and participation in the dissemination of best practices;
• Contribution to cross-functional HR projects using an agile approach (prototyping, iterations, co-construction).

Your strengths:

• Collaborative spirit, able to work closely with a project group and a user-oriented approach;
• Higher education (ES, Bachelor or Master) in design (multimedia, visual communication), pedagogy, educational technologies or an equivalent field;
• Strong interest in digital learning and the design of interactive content;
• Experience (approx. 2-5 years) in the design and/or production of digital content;
• Good command of multimedia design tools (e.g. Adobe suite) and ease with digital environments: training platforms, authoring tools for e-learnings and collaborative tools;
• Creativity, design sense and ability to transform ideas into concrete achievements;
• Hybrid or atypical career paths combining several fields will be considered with interest.
