About the job

To strengthen our team on the acute ward, we are looking for you by arrangement as

• Together with a certified nursing specialist on the ward, you are responsible for the safety and well-being of our patients aged 7 to 18 years
• You support and promote the social and emotional skills and abilities of the patients
• In emergency situations, you act competently and provide security to the children and adolescents
• You share responsibility for implementing the treatment plan

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ with several years of professional experience, preferably with psychiatric experience and/or with children and adolescents
• You are a flexible, open, and solution-oriented person who sees development as an opportunity
• Patient orientation and recovery are important to you, and you understand how to tailor the care process to the individual needs of the patients
• You remain calm even in complex situations and gladly take on responsibility
• You speak and write fluent German and have a confident handling of common Office applications
