Your tasks
- Partnership-based on-site support and advice for our customers as well as professional handling of enquiries, orders, returns and complaints
- Independent management and prioritisation of customer concerns as well as ensuring solution-oriented communication
- Coordination and close cooperation with internal interfaces such as production, logistics and other specialist departments
- Monitoring and ensuring a smooth flow of information and processes along customer orders
- Maintenance and management of customer and order data in the relevant systems
- Identifying quality deviations, operational risks and improvement potentials as well as initiating appropriate measures
- Support in compliance with and further development of quality, safety, health and environmental standards (QHSE)
- Participation in the analysis and processing of complaints as well as in the implementation of sustainable corrective and improvement measures
- Active involvement in optimising processes, continuously improving our service quality and supporting the induction of new employees
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
- Experience in customer service or in a service-oriented function
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of daily customer contact
- High quality awareness as well as interest in quality, safety, health and environmental topics
- Good IT user skills, ideally experience with CRM systems
- Confident German language skills, further language skills are an advantage
- Hands-on mentality, initiative and enjoyment in actively shaping processes
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
