Lead Psychologist and Co-Head of Department 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Professional, organizational, and personnel management of the Hochdorf outpatient clinic as co-head of department together with a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Leadership, coaching, and promotion of 11 employees
- Monitoring and ensuring the department's goals
- Responsible for ensuring patient care
- Conducting integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments involving the family system
- Case-related collaboration with child and adolescent psychiatry as needed
- Active participation in projects and the professional development of the department and
Your Profile
- Completed degree in psychology
- Completed specialist title for psychotherapy FSP or recognition
- Several years of professional experience as a psychologist/psychotherapist in adult psychiatry
- Ideally, initial leadership experience
- Communicative, responsible, committed, and team-oriented personality
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good knowledge of German
- Interest in conceptual and methodological work
