Your Tasks
- Strategic and operational management of the nursing department
- Ensuring and further developing high-quality nursing care
- Personnel management, development and planning for the nursing service
- Control and optimisation of processes and structures
- Close cooperation with management and other specialist departments
- Implementation of legal requirements and quality standards
Your Profile
- Completed training in nursing, ideally supplemented by further training or studies in nursing or health management
- Several years of leadership experience in a hospital or a comparable institution
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and organisational strength
- High social competence and decisiveness
