About the job
- You accompany and care for our patients in the admission and emergency department with a great deal of empathy and ensure individual, resource- and needs-oriented care as well as advice.
- Together as a team, you master demanding situations confidently and support the qualified specialists during patient admissions and in the lively emergency routine.
- You keep an overview in the admission and emergency department, ensure a smooth process, and document relevant events as well as your services carefully and professionally.
- Flexibly, you also support deployments in other departments as needed.
- You have successfully completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ. For foreign diplomas, you bring an SRK recognition or a positive PreCheck from the Swiss Red Cross.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in psychiatry – or you want to work into this exciting field with interest and commitment.
- Even in challenging situations, you remain calm, act solution-oriented, and enjoy working closely with qualified specialists.
- You convince with high social competence, resilience, as well as an independent and responsible way of working and appreciate collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
- Very good German skills at level C1 as well as secure IT user skills complete your profile and support you in everyday administrative tasks.
