CDD of 6 months at 70% - 100%
Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their entourage, respecting the current care philosophy
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the establishment
- evaluate your performance and make necessary adjustments aiming for the constant improvement of your interventions
- participate in the development of the service
- supervise training staff and new collaborators
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent training
- 2 years of experience in acute care, an asset
- experience in the field of acute care,
- proficiency in French, German an asset,
- particular interest in multidisciplinary work
- leadership skills and sense of responsibility
- flexibility and open-mindedness
