To complement our team, we are looking for a

Social Pedagogue Specialist Agogics 70-90% starting May 1 or by arrangement

You bring

• Training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Ideally further training or solid knowledge in dealing with challenging behavior, de-escalation, or aggression management
• Several years of professional experience in the agogic field with people with cognitive and multiple impairments
• Consulting competence as well as independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

You can expect

• Consulting, enabling, and professional support of employees and managers in agogic issues
• Consulting clients and participating in complex agogic issues
• Development, co-design, and implementation of internal training and further education
• Ensuring and further developing professional concepts, QM documents, and agogic fundamentals
• Active further development of the Agogics specialist unit and contribution of professional innovations
• Participation and leadership of professional projects and working groups
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as participation in quality assurance
