IT Product Owner SAP S/4HANA Ordering / Backend Processes [SAP MM] (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

Tasks

You are responsible as IT Product Owner for the product backlog of our SAP backend processes related to ordering at Coop
You prioritise requirements and dependencies so that business value, stability and technical feasibility align
You work closely with stakeholders and the Business Product Owner and sustainably develop the order processing in the SAP backend – from store orders to fulfilment by suppliers and distribution centres
In your additional role as Business Analyst, you clarify requirements together with the Scrum team and accompany the implementation of reverse logistics (returns, withdrawals, complaints) as well as interfaces to our specialised logistics systems
Your topics also include the corresponding 3rd level support tasks within the product team as well as sustainable and permanent solutions

You have a qualification in computer science or business administration – ideally a degree with a focus on (business) informatics
You bring experience in mapping and further developing business processes in the SAP environment – ideally in SAP MM and in the retail/trade environment
You have already worked in agile teams and are confident in using Jira and Confluence
You think in solutions, prioritise clearly and actively bring topics across the finish line – with ownership and joy in collaboration
Ideally, you have already worked as a Product Owner or are willing to develop further into this role
