Your tasks

• You support the Store Manager in the operational management of the store and act as their deputy.
• You lead and motivate the sales team in daily operations and develop it together with the Store Manager.
• You ensure a first-class shopping experience together with your team.
• You ensure smooth sales, cash register, and stock operations.
• You plan staff deployments and accompany the onboarding of new employees.
• You present our products in a sales-promoting manner and implement promotions professionally.
• You warmly, competently, and service-orientedly look after our international customers.
• You ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards.
• You support the Store Manager in achieving sales, cost, and inventory targets.

Your profile

• Experience in retail as well as initial leadership or deputy experience is an advantage.
• Enjoy motivating people and achieving success together.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Passion for customer service and dealing with international guests.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Organisational talent, initiative, and a hands-on mentality.
• Hygiene awareness and a sense of responsibility in handling food.
