True to the vision "We drive innovation to improve people’s lives," the Hamilton companies have been delivering solutions for the healthcare industry since 1950. We are an innovative pioneer when it comes to ventilators, automated pipetting and storage of samples, as well as the development of process sensors.
As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton Bonaduz AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, IT, Corporate Communication, Logistics, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.
This is what you can achieve:
Conducting needs analyses for all business units (global) with a focus on logistics and supply chain areas as well as process-relevant master data and interfaces. The analyses are based on new business requirements or ICT-specific needs.
Supporting departments by developing solution concepts and specifications for adjustments, optimizations, and extensions in various core systems of the company.
Project management in the implementation of requirements including coordination of all relevant stakeholders (business, ICT, and external service providers).
Accompanying and conducting tests as well as creating the corresponding documentation for solutions, adjustments, and extensions – in close collaboration with the departments.
Planning, conducting, and coordinating training sessions.
This is what you bring with you:
Completed training or studies in the IT field and/or initial professional experience in a comparable function.
Experience working with IT projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or SAP S4/Hana is an advantage – as well as experience with other ERP and CRM systems.
Strong service orientation and willingness to cooperate – also in exchange with non-specialist areas.
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
Openness to new challenges as well as enthusiasm for change and continuous development.
Analytical thinking skills as well as a solution-oriented, structured way of working.
Team-oriented, loyal, and integral personality with initiative and good organizational skills.
