What you can achieve
- Take overall responsibility for the implementation and continuous development of the HF postgraduate program in anesthesia care – including curriculum development and syllabus alignment
- Modernize teaching methods and content by continuously reflecting on methodology and didactics and integrating current nursing and therapeutic standards into teaching
- Actively shape networks through regular exchange with practical institutions, cooperation partners, and educational providers to ensure practice-oriented training
- Presence in educational policy by representing our educational offerings in relevant committees, e.g., in future collaboration and exchange with the Health Education Center Basel City (BZG) and OdA Santé
- Perform direct teaching activities: You take over specialist modules, develop teaching materials, define learning content, coordinate the deployment of lecturers, and conduct your own teaching units
What you bring with you
- Master of Advanced Studies in Adult & Professional Education or an equivalent degree in vocational and adult education
- NDS in anesthesia care
- Pedagogical and organizational skills to act as methodological-didactic management, design exams, and confidently accompany qualification processes – from entry to graduation
- Cooperation and communication skills to maintain sustainable relationships with practice partners and conduct targeted information events for external stakeholders
- High advisory competence, especially in dealing with students and in mentoring and guidance situations, as well as in exchange with lecturers
- Subject-specific know-how and conceptual strength to review educational concepts, define new content, and implement quality assurance in a structured manner
- Ability to reflect and willingness to innovate to continuously improve your professional actions and develop educational processes in a partnership-based and future-oriented way
