About the job
Social pedagogue or certified psychiatric nurse
For our residential group, we are looking for a personality who accompanies our 16 clients in everyday life with heart and expertise starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your field of activity
- Contact person: You accompany adult people individually in managing everyday life and keep the support planning in view.
- Networker: You are the interface to doctors, authorities, and relatives.
- Everyday organizer: From support with practical tasks to leisure activities – you are close at hand.
- Person responsible: In the evenings and on weekends, you are (in rotation) the contact point for emergencies throughout the institution.

- You have training in social pedagogy (FH/HF) or are a certified nurse (focus on psychiatry).
- You like to work independently, keep calm in hectic moments, and appreciate working in a well-coordinated team of eight.
- Irregular working hours (between 06:45 and 21:15) fit your life. On average, you only do two weekend shifts per month – no night shifts!
- You have a car driving license.
