The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, housing, and therapy for children and adolescents aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. We are looking for reinforcement starting October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Care Specialist or Social Educator as a Specialist in Housing
(Workload selectable between 50-80%)
Your tasks are:
- Supplementing the team with a total of 6 children and adolescents
- Accompanying in an individual setting
- Creating an active living environment for the children and adolescents together with the team
- Empathetic support for children and adolescents with different disabilities
- Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and for jointly overcoming everyday challenges
You bring:
- Degree as a Social Educator HF/FH or Care Specialist in the field of disability support or Health Specialist
- Professional experience in supporting people with disabilities
Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
- Observational skills and joy in accompanying children and adolescents
