At our 3 locations in Rapperswil, Zurich, and St. Gallen, exciting construction projects are always waiting for us, which we get to realize with renowned architects and clients.

YOUR TASKS

Responsibility and management of various demanding new construction and renovation projects

Communication with clients, specialist planners, and contractors in collaboration with project management

Leading construction meetings, managing project and specialist planner teams

Coordinating workflows, monitoring deadlines, and quality control

Quantity control, cost control, preparing tenders for additional work

Administrative tasks within the project such as preparation and follow-up of meetings, protocol creation, correspondence, and scheduling

YOUR PROFILE

Basic training in construction, further education, or several years of experience as a construction manager or construction technician

Professional experience in construction management of medium-sized building projects and experience in the Swiss construction industry with solid knowledge of all SIA phases

Independent, responsible, and efficient working style in a digital environment

High initiative, confident appearance, and communicative personality

Organized, goal-oriented, and reliable person

Fluent German in spoken and written form

Driver's license category B
