Class and annual salary (including 13th month salary):

Tasks:
- welcome and inform job seekers about their rights and duties
- establish an integration strategy and provide qualified, personalized, and solution-oriented advice to each job seeker through regular counseling interviews
- propose suitable job vacancies to job seekers by actively collaborating with the URC Company Service Consultants
- assign labor market measures to job seekers that can increase their employment opportunities in the labor market
- ensure that job seekers fulfill their obligations and sanction any breaches
Requirements:
- higher professional education at tertiary level
- the federal professional certificate as a human resources specialist is a mandatory requirement for the profession of URC personnel consultant. Preference will be given to candidates who already hold this title or training considered equivalent under Article 119b OADI. If the title is missing, it must be obtained within 5 years after starting the position
- several years of professional experience in human resources management (personnel consulting in companies), placement, career transition support, conducting interviews in educational and social contexts, or job coaching
- knowledge of the cantonal economic reality (legal framework, professions, education system, structure and trends of the local and Swiss labor market)
- mastery of active listening techniques, skills in managing complex communications and conflict situations, organizational autonomy, ability to work in groups and under stress, independent judgment, and ability to interact with users and companies
- competence in using online digital recruiting platforms and social recruiting
- knowledge of at least one other official language
- result orientation and ability to work towards objectives
- willingness to work at different URC locations in the Canton
Special remarks:
- service locations: 1 position in Bellinzona, 1 in Locarno, 1 in Lugano, and 1 in Chiasso. However, willingness to work at different URC locations in the Canton is implicitly required

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
