Role:
As a Maintenance Technician / Process Optimiser, you analyse technical faults, develop sustainable improvement measures, and support the continuous development of our systems and processes. With your expertise, you contribute to increasing system availability and process quality.
Responsibilities:
Analyse faults and initiate and implement sustainable improvement measures
Perform maintenance tasks on technical systems
Plan, conduct, and evaluate trials for process optimisation
Further develop the system and process knowledge of operators and support areas
Collaborate in optimising workflows and technical processes
Support the introduction and application of improvement methods
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as a polymechanic or automation technician
Several years of professional experience in maintenance
Knowledge of methods such as Lean Management and TPM
Strong analytical skills
High problem-solving competence as well as an independent and structured working style
