Testing & Validation: You actively support the rapid testing and validation of innovative technology ideas and concepts, ensuring reliable and meaningful results.

Facility Development: You contribute to the further development of our small to midscale test facilities and help advance their technological capabilities.

Adsorption/Desorption Investigations: You assist in exploring and analyzing the adsorption/desorption process to enhance understanding and optimize efficiency.

Research & Method Exploration: You conduct literature reviews and market research to identify and evaluate measurement methods that deepen insights into our processes.

Test Execution & Data Evaluation: You carry out various testing methods, critically assess the resulting data and ensure accuracy, reliability and consistency.

Measurement Method Assessment: You evaluate the feasibility and practicality of different measurement approaches and provide recommendations for improvements or alternatives.

Technical Academic Background: You recently completed a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Process Engineering, Materials Science or a related field, or you are currently enrolled in a Master’s program.

Testing & Measurement Fundamentals: You have a solid understanding of small to mediumscale test setups as well as measurement techniques, fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.

Adaptability & Creativity: You work flexibly and creatively, especially when dealing with incomplete information or unknown variables.

Reliable & Structured Work Style: You are dependable, performancedriven and maintain an organized and methodical approach to your tasks.

Collaboration & Independence: You thrive in fastpaced team settings but are equally comfortable working independently.

Language Skills: You are fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Availability: You are available for a fulltime, 6month internship ideally starting in March/April 2026.

What we offer:
At Climeworks, our six-month internships offer a hybrid work setup, giving you flexibility while ensuring valuable collaboration by working onsite at least three days per week. To maintain fairness, we follow a standardized salary process based on market benchmarks. For our internships based in Switzerland, the compensation is:

During BSc & MSc: CHF 2,000 per month

After completion of MSc: CHF 2,500 per month
