  • Du hast gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und sprichst Deutsch.

Your tasks
  • Therapy planning for inpatient patients under the guidelines of STReha and optimal use of all resources (staff, rooms, equipment, etc.)
  • First point of contact for outpatient patients including appointment scheduling
  • Coordination of tasks and appointments of employees
  • Assistance in the training of commercial apprentices
  • STReha controlling
  • Participation in and/or taking over projects, process and document management
  • General administrative tasks



Expectations
  • Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ
  • High resilience and reliability as well as an independent and flexible working style
  • Organizational talent with service-oriented action and networked thinking
  • Enjoyment in contact with patients as well as friendly and confident appearance
  • Good MS Office user skills
  • Good German skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
