About the job
Your tasks:
- Professional and timely site management according to the construction programme
- Create AVOR including weekly schedule
- Personnel deployment planning
- Coordination of deployment with secondary and subcontractors
- Optimal use of machines, inventory and materials
- Measurement of completed work
- Performance recording of daily and time-based reports with target-actual comparison
- Ensure information flow between personnel, site management and construction management
Your profile:
- Basic training as a polybuilder EFZ or metalworker EFZ / carpenter EFZ
- Site manager polybuilder EFZ / foreman federal FA
- Interest in digital working methods on site
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role
- Comprehensive knowledge in facade construction
- Quality orientation and cost awareness
- Service orientation
- Assertiveness
- Resilience and flexibility
