Your tasks

• You take responsibility for the cultivation and care of ornamental plants and cut flowers
• You support the care and guidance of employees with psychological performance limitations
• You plan and organise your own work tasks according to economic aspects
• You actively participate in weekend duty
• You assist in the training of apprentices EFZ/EBA

Your profile

• You have completed training as a gardener EFZ, specialising in ornamental plant production
• You preferably already have the trainer course - or are willing to take it
• You have interest and experience in guiding and supporting employees with psychologically caused performance limitations
• You enjoy working in a lively team and appreciate a dynamic working environment
• You are familiar with common Microsoft Office programmes
