As an intern at the reception and telephone of our Baden-Dättwil branch, you will ensure flawless service for our customers in this 12-month fixed-term employment. You will also have the opportunity to get to know the real estate industry and enter this exciting sector.
Your tasks in detail
- Personal and telephone support of our customers at reception and telephone
- You forward calls to the responsible contacts and also provide information yourself
- You assist in the organization/handling of repairs and maintenance measures
- Perform general office and secretarial tasks
- You help administratively in property management (clarifications, dispatch, rental contracts, etc.)
Your profile
- You have a commercial qualification
- You convince with confident German and advanced English skills, additional languages are welcome
