About the job
As a modern finance department, we are constantly developing digitally, networked, and efficiency-oriented: from accurate accounting to forecast planning and decision-making reporting. Your tasks
- Active collaboration in the area of time and expense management (transfers, monthly closings, configuration adjustments) in the time entry system (Time)
- Assistance and support in the daily use of SAP
- Collaboration in the processing of accounts receivable
- Specialized support for daily questions from the hierarchy
- Handling mail within the finance department
- Taking on daily administrative tasks according to the instructions of the hierarchy
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Proven experience in the financial field and a taste for numbers and IT
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Personality combining a sense of responsibility, team spirit, autonomy, and great flexibility
