For our après-ski bar located in the outstanding 5-star ski resort Arosa Lenzerheide, we are looking for you from December 2026 to April 2027 as

Bar Staff

Your tasks

• Spoiling guests at the bar and working behind the scenes
• Serving guests and selling drinks and food at Mountain Mac
• Preparing hot and cold drinks
• Working in a loud and hectic environment both indoors and outdoors
• Clearing and washing glasses during bar operation
• Supporting the all-rounders and occasional shifts as an all-rounder
• Daily preparatory work (snow clearing, setting up the outdoor bars/outdoor area)
• Daily closing tasks such as restocking and cleaning the bar, cleaning the sanitary facilities 

What you bring with you

• Experience in gastronomy, bar experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• You speak very good German and preferably understand Swiss German
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts at events and functions
• Resilience, reliability, team player, quick comprehension and the ability to keep an overview in stressful situations
• Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Bündner mountains
