Metalworker – versatile range of tasks
Activities
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work in the field of metal construction on ships and technical systems
- Welding work on steel, aluminium and stainless steel constructions
- Manufacture, processing and assembly of assemblies in shipbuilding
- Participation in conversion and new construction projects
- Carrying out assembly work directly on site during assignments throughout Switzerland
Requirements
- Completed training as a metalworker, plant and apparatus builder or shipbuilder
- Several years of professional experience in metal or shipbuilding advantageous
- Good knowledge of welding steel, aluminium and stainless steel
- High willingness to travel for assignments throughout Switzerland (80–100 %)
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
