• You are fully responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial properties for which a building renewal is currently or will soon be planned
• You support and advise tenants and owners and manage the facility managers
• You develop proactive proposals from management for ongoing construction projects and present them to the owner
• You participate in client meetings and represent the relevant points from management in the project
• You assist in monitoring the construction execution and are jointly responsible for compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, environment, and safety
• You carry out changes to rental agreements, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments for existing tenants or interim users

• You have a federal diploma in property management or an equivalent qualification in the real estate sector
• You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have experience in tenancy law, and possess basic construction knowledge
• You have technical know-how and understanding for handling structural damage and warranty cases on properties, and ideally also experience in renovation and project management
• You can patiently engage in dialogue with involved parties and show yourself to be proactive and flexible in the face of changes
• You have an independent working style, a high willingness to learn, and as an organizational talent, you always keep an overview
• You communicate confidently in German (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus
