Socioprofessional Mistress, Socioprofessional Master at 90% within the Agricultural Operation Workshop
Your mission
- Participate in the development and implementation of agricultural operation activities respecting the capacities and socioprofessional follow-up of the residents
- Support residents daily in their activities, assess their abilities, and adapt techniques according to each individual's skills
- Promote autonomy and self-determination, support the personal development of residents
- Participate in the preparation and drafting of residents' summaries, lead and manage the individualized support project
- Develop and maintain collaboration with various teams
- Ensure wood cutting work related to firewood production as well as logging tasks and agricultural work across the entire operation
- Care for animals, clean and enrich enclosures, and monitor animal welfare
- Master the use of agricultural and professional machines, ensure their maintenance and possible repairs
Your profile
- Holder of a diploma as Socioprofessional Mistress, Socioprofessional Master ES or Educator ES/HES or an equivalent recognized title
- Proven experience certified by a prior CFC in a profession such as forester, logger, horticulturist with landscaping option, or farmer
- Significant experience with people presenting intellectual disabilities and associated disorders
- Ability to maintain a sustained work pace, adapt to changes, demonstrate responsiveness and initiative
- Residence within 30 minutes maximum from the Foundation
- Organizational skills and ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team
- Driving license essential, trailer license is an asset
- Empathy and willingness to work alongside people with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders
- Listening skills and ability to promote interdisciplinary collaboration

- This position requires weekend presence every 4 to 6 weeks, representing 2 hours of work in the morning and afternoon, on Saturday and Sunday.
