Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Comprehensive care and support of patients in visceral, vascular, and thoracic surgery on ward 03.05
- Responsibility for implementing professional care and support considering modern nursing and treatment concepts as well as nursing standards
- Support of nursing professionals in demanding care situations and in implementing overarching concepts and standards on the ward
- Active participation in collaboration within the MBF triangle (Management – Education – Professional Development)
- Transfer of expertise and experience as well as authority in nursing matters within the area of responsibility
- Responsible for quality work on the ward and participation in the surgery quality group with monthly meetings
What You Bring to This Position
- Training as a Dipl. Nurse FH/HF with at least 1 year of professional experience
- Personal motivation and joy in further developing patient-oriented professional nursing on the ward
- High social competence and commitment to constructive and appreciative collaboration, pronounced communication skills
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking, and sense of responsibility
