Your tasks:
- You design resource- and needs-oriented activation offers for individuals and groups and further develop them
- You engage with activating movement offers for our residents
- Design of activation offers in collaboration with the activation specialist
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas
- Support of nursing professionals
Your profile:
- Qualification as a specialist in activating care
- Experience with elderly and people with dementia
- High social and professional competence
- Good IT skills, experience with BESA / EasyDok is an advantage
- Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
- Pleasant manners
- Good oral and written German skills
- Pedagogical flair
- Responsible, initiative-taking, and resilient personality
