While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland.

Head of IT Senevita Group 100% (m/f/d)

In this management position reporting directly to the CEO, you will take overall responsibility for the IT of the entire Senevita Group including Senevita Casa as a staff function.

• Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the group-wide IT
• Leadership and further development of the existing IT team
• Responsibility for the further development, harmonisation and professionalisation of the historically grown IT landscape
• Ensuring a stable, secure and future-oriented IT operation
• Management and coordination of external IT service providers and partners
• Leadership and implementation of IT and digitalisation projects
• Further development of IT governance, processes, standards and security structures
• Budget responsibility for the entire IT area
• Close collaboration with executive management, specialist departments and external partners

• Completed degree or higher professional training in computer science, business informatics or comparable education
• Several years of leadership and project experience in a comparable role
• Experience in the further development of complex and historically grown IT organisations
• Very good understanding of business applications, ERP systems and modern IT infrastructures
• High implementation strength as well as pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced communication and leadership skills
• Can-do mentality with the ability to consistently drive topics forward and implement them sustainably
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as French skills are an advantage
