Luxurious. Demanding. Visionary.In this newly created key position, you actively shape the culinary direction of our house as the strategic driving force behind our Food & Beverage concepts. In this role, you design the future of our F&B world: visionary, courageous, and with the ambition to make the best even better.
What makes this role unique:
- Leadership at eye level: You lead a team of 7 experienced department leads as well as around 70 employees – clearly, inspiringly, and with an eye for helping people grow.
- Concept architect & innovator: Evaluate existing concepts, develop new ideas, recognize and consciously apply food & beverage trends – you think "next level" and create experiences that delight our guests.
- Strategy meets profitability: Budget, forecast, margin optimization – your decisions are based on key figures without losing sight of the guest experience.
- Operational excellence: Develop quality standards, simplify processes, implement new tools, and modernize systems. Efficiency is a result of good leadership for you.
- Interface & multiplier: You are the strategic partner for general management, kitchen, marketing, sales, and events – with foresight, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- Create experiences instead of just planning: From wine tastings to pop-up concepts to signature events – you design moments that our guests will remember for a long time.

Who you are
- Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy sector – ideally supplemented by further training in management.
- Several years of leadership experience in the F&B area of a luxury hotel.
- Excellent language skills in German and English; Italian is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, affinity for numbers, and a high quality awareness.
- Hands-on mentality, diplomatic skills, and a confident appearance in every situation.
