Janitor and Cleaning Staff (Allrounder) 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of all indoor and outdoor areas, especially offices, entrance areas, corridors, stairwells/elevator, break rooms, sanitary facilities, and window surfaces
- Execution of all janitorial duties in building and grounds maintenance, including green area care, winter service, operation of machines, and deputy for the janitor
- Assistance with periodic and annual cleaning of production halls
- Proper separation of recyclable materials as well as organization and execution of waste disposal
- Procurement, management, and maintenance of cleaning materials, equipment, and machines
- Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and upkeep work on buildings and facilities
- Working with lifting platforms and other technical aids (after appropriate instruction)
Profile
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial service, building services, or a comparable allrounder function
- Manual skills as well as practical experience in minor repairs and maintenance work
- Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage but not mandatory
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
- Sense of order, cleanliness, and organization
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driver's license category B required
- Training (e.g., building cleaner EFZ, craft training) is an advantage but not a requirement
