jobgate ag is a personnel service company based in Aarau and specializes in the placement and rental of skilled personnel in the fields of mechanics, technology, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction, chemistry, and the construction ancillary trades. On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a logistician as head of the external warehouse (a).- Management and organization of the external warehouse and an intermediate warehouse (3'000 m²)
- Leading a multicultural team
- Incoming goods inspection (documentation, visual inspection)
- Quality inspection (visual and inventory check)
- Communication with all companies involved in construction and international suppliers as well as their coordination
- Coordination of storage and/or construction site delivery in cooperation with customers and other parties
- Data entry and changes using IT
- Leading the warehouse team (6-8 people)
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent education
- Several years of professional and leadership experience required (construction or industrial environment desirable)
- German spoken and written
- Very good English skills spoken and written (mandatory)
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Flair for organization
- Very good IT skills
- Driver's license category B (mandatory)
