Operations Mechanic for Food Processing Equipment (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the maintenance, servicing and upkeep of the production equipment and building technology
• In doing so, you carry out mechanical and electromechanical troubleshooting
• Furthermore, you implement technical projects and installations and optimise the equipment, adhering to hygiene regulations
• You also identify energy-saving measures and implement them
• The administration and assurance of spare parts supply rounds off your varied range of duties
• You work at locations in the Rorschach and Wil regions and, in exceptional cases, also in the Schaffhausen region

Requirements

• You have a basic training as a plant and apparatus builder, polymechanic, millwright, agricultural machinery mechanic or a related basic training (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of pneumatics and experience in the food industry are advantageous but not mandatory
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards is not unfamiliar to you
• Do you also consider yourself well organised, conscientious, clean-working and independent?
