- Support in location and competitor analyses
- Implementation of market development
- Contact with owners, landlords, developers, investors, municipalities, etc.
- Close cooperation with the head of the Expansion department
- Information gathering for the preparation of reports, statistics and evaluations
- Active participation in projects

- Completed commercial vocational training preferably in the construction or real estate industry
- Very good German and French skills mandatory (bilingual)
- Affinity for retail (food and convenience sector)
- Quick comprehension as well as independent and precise working method
- Empathetic personality with a confident and well-groomed appearance
- Analytical and communicative skills
- Willingness for occasional business trips (in German and Western Switzerland) and possession of a category B driving license
- First professional experience in expansion is an advantage
