About the job

At the Wiesenhaus , people with particularly demanding care needs live. We offer eight KBS places (KBS = Coordination and Counseling Center for extremely demanding placements) in a psychiatric setting that meet the specific needs of the residents.

The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement.
This is your task
You design and accompany the individual daily structure of the residents and support them in challenging situations. You take over the administration of medication, document the care process, and participate in the assessment according to BESA. Interdisciplinary collaboration is important to you, and you ensure that care and nursing meet current standards and legal requirements.

You are an independent and responsible person with a high degree of self-reflection. With your empathy and open attitude, you enjoy caring for people and contribute to a positive team dynamic. Your organizational and communication skills help you to manage your tasks constructively. You remain calm even in challenging situations and apply targeted de-escalation measures as well as clear, calm crisis intervention.
