Your role at Globalance

You are responsible for the business development of "Family Office & Wealthy Families." Globalance is excellently positioned to further develop this rapidly growing segment and become one of the leading players. We have great ambitions for this segment, and your responsibility includes further developing the acquisition strategy, improving our product/market fit, and acquiring new clients.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You ensure that Globalance positions itself as a leading provider and sparring partner for future-oriented investments in the family office segment and gains market reach.
• You further develop our acquisition strategy and improve the product-market fit.
• You take the lead in acquiring and managing new clients.
• Your activities contribute to the strong growth of Globalance.

• You are a dynamic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial person with high self-motivation, a strong "sales gene," and proven success in acquiring new clients. You have demonstrated these qualities in various roles in the service or financial industry.
• Sustainability and future orientation in the financial world are important values to you, and you want to move the financial world together with Globalance.
• Ideally, you bring a strong network in Switzerland and Germany in the environment of family offices and wealthy families and are characterized by the ability to successfully build strategic partnerships.
• You have completed commercial training or a business degree and have several years of concrete experience in asset management, preferably at a bank, family office, or a comparable environment.
• You have solid knowledge of asset classes such as equities, bonds, real estate, alternative investments, and private equity.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
