About the job
In this versatile role, you support the planning, coordination, and administrative handling of our TV and content productions. You ensure smooth programme operations, work closely with internal and external interfaces, and make an important contribution to the high quality of our product as well as our programme.
- Conceptualisation, planning, and approval of weekly trailer campaigns (TV on-air) including briefings for trailer special projects
- Support and coordination of sports, music, and other TV event formats as well as editorial magazines
- Creation and maintenance of broadcast logs, audience analyses, and editorial highlight lists
- Maintenance and management of content data in various systems (including CMS and planning tools)
- Ensuring high data quality and timely programme scheduling
- Collaboration with internal interfaces and support of smooth broadcasting and production processes
- Planning, organisation, and communication between internal and external project participants
- Administrative support in office management, including correspondence and appointment scheduling
- Handling finance-specific tasks such as creditor invoices, billing, and expenses
- Support with event organisation and TV productions
- Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in sports management, business administration, media management, communication sciences, or a comparable field; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with appropriate further training
- Initial professional experience in an administrative or coordinative role, ideally in the sports, media, or event industry
- Experience in planning and organising TV, live, or media productions is an advantage
- Confident handling of administrative processes as well as pronounced organisational talent
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French skills are an advantage
- High resilience, initiative, and a structured, independent working style
- Strong communication and organisational skills as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
- Confident stakeholder management and strong team spirit
