About the job
The Communications Department is led by a Director, and includes a Senior Graphic Designer, a Digital Content Officer, and a Communications Assistant. The Communications Assistant will be responsible for the communications needs of Rosey World, namely:
• Chyulu Wilderness Camp
• Le Régent International School, including its summer camps
• JFK International School, including its summer camps
• Le Rosey Camps
Communications Assistant
The Communications Assistant should be comfortable in the areas of:
• Copywriting and text editing
• Project management
• Research
• Client relations
The Communications Assistant will be involved in the following areas:
External Communications
• To clients, partners, and prospects
Press Relations
• Answering press requests
• Following up with ongoing projects
• Preparing agreements and multimedia packs
Research
• Potential markets and benchmarking
Prospecting
• Helping with business development and identifying key opportunities
• Follow up with schools and agents
Candidate Profile
• Background in communications, marketing, and project management
• Two-to-four years of experience in a professional environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Warm personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English and French required; third language preferred (Russian, Turkish, or Chinese)
Job Location: Gstaad (BE) from January to March, Rolle (VD) from April to December
