- Drive digitalisation forward: You further develop our central company application – from requirements through conception and testing to the introduction of new functions and interfaces.
- Bring projects across the finish line: You take responsibility for digitalisation and organisational projects, coordinate participants and milestones, and support internal project managers with method and overview.
- Connect people and systems: You are the hub between specialist departments, software suppliers and external partners, train users and support complex processing and reporting tasks.
What you bring with you
- Digitalisation and process know-how: You have experience in process and project management or digital transformation.
- Analytical skills with implementation strength: You think in a structured and interconnected way, prepare complex matters understandably and work independently, solution-oriented and quality-conscious.
- Communication and change skills: You advise convincingly, represent well-founded positions and bring different stakeholders together with initiative, vigour and tact.
- German at expert level: You express everything clearly and confidently both orally and in writing.
Your benefits with us (Spoiler: They are pretty good)

- Work-life balance: Flexible home office options and a central workplace in Glarus create a good mix with us – you can move mountains anywhere.
- Fair pay: We offer an attractive salary, good social benefits and a number of additional perks.
- Top team: We really are! With lots of humour and a spirit that motivates you even on Mondays.
