Tasks

Your opportunities with us
- you support the station supply and the upstream and downstream tasks such as picking, provision, or material requisition
- you take care of the complete order processing of stock and throughput items including monitoring delivery dates, processing complaints, evaluating alternative items
- you receive material deliveries, conduct goods receipt inspections, and store goods in and around (intralogistics)
- you check, process, and code creditor invoices in a timely manner for the monthly accounting closing in the ERP workflow
- you maintain the item and supplier master data in the system and assist with inventories
- you actively participate in interprofessional collaboration and optimize workflows together with the specialist departments (warehouse, processes, digitization, tools)
You fit with us if
- you have completed commercial or logistical basic training or have relevant further education
- you have several years of experience in purchasing/material management or in supply logistics; practical experience in a hospital is a great advantage
- you are a reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality who communicates proactively and transparently
- you think networked and work very structured and precisely
- you like to show initiative, are resilient, and want to get involved (good physical constitution)
- you have good IT skills and are proficient in German, both spoken and written
