The EOC, the multisite hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete our Patient Management Service team at the Regional Hospital of Lugano, Civic Hospital site, we are looking for a
Receptionist - Switchboard Operator (60%)
Profile:
A person with excellent organisational and communication skills, able to respond to numerous requests with courtesy and speed.
The future collaborator is able to manage several activities simultaneously, is technically skilled and comfortable with new technologies and innovations in general.
They know how to manage their time effectively, focusing their efforts based on priorities.
Reliability, availability and courtesy, together with a particular sensitivity in trying to meet user requests, complete the required profile.
Necessary requirements:
- excellent knowledge of Italian, German and/or English
- federal certificate of commercial employee AFC
- flexibility and availability for shift work according to service needs (day, evening, Saturday and holiday shifts)
- good command of main IT systems and predisposition towards the use of internal programmes and applications
- teamwork attitude
