Your Tasks
- Case management in the context of IV measures (reintegration training, work training, coaching, etc.) according to the Supported Employment model
- Acquisition and placement of jobs
- Network building and coordination of collaboration with professionals
- Administration and clerical tasks
- Conflict and crisis management
- Regular and site meetings with reporting
- Individual as well as group coaching (employees and employers)
Your Profile
- You have proof of performance in advisory activities as a Job Coach, Case Manager, or equivalent
- A basic education in the social field is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of IV measures, processes, and their stakeholders is a prerequisite
- You are an open and communicative personality with high social competence and conceptual skills; you also demonstrate negotiation skills and have a confident demeanour
- You can express yourself fluently in spoken and written form
- You have extensive knowledge of mental health conditions
- Ideally, you hold a category B driving licence and are networked with companies in the region
