What is my role?

Our client in Liechtenstein is looking for employees as machine operators in forming. These positions are highly sought after due to attractive pay and excellent employment conditions.

• Independent setup and production in manufacturing

• Tool management for assigned tools

• Quality inspections as well as recording and documentation of order data

• Maintenance of manufacturing equipment and operational facilities

• Ensuring protective devices and compliance with safety regulations

• Participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP)

• Co-responsibility for workplace optimisation regarding quality, ergonomics and efficiency

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical training or experience as a toolmaker / machine operator / polymechanic or similar

• Experience with forming and rolling equipment

• Willingness for continuous development

• High commitment and resilience

• Teamwork skills and willingness to take responsibility

• Motivation and ability to actively shape the working environment

• Communication skills in German
